Research On Word Formation Under Language Contact In Jiwei Town

This paper takes the Miao of Jiwei Town,Huayuan County,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture?herei?after referred to as Jiwei Miao?as the research object,and uses the basic theories and methods of modern li nguistics to analyze the wording and word formation of Jiwei Miao.And in-depth analysis of the additional word formation prefix and its functional significance.In addition,this paper also uses the theory of linguistic typology and language contact to explore the influence of Chinese loanwords on the formation of Jiwei Miao from the perspective of language contact.The full text is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction.From the three aspects of phonetics,vocabulary and grammar,it summarizes the academic research on Xiangxi Miao language,and introduces the research value,method and corpus source of this topic.Chapter 2:The rationale for the formation of Jiwei Miao vocabulary.This paper comprehensively explores the rationale of the word forma tion of Jiwei Miao vocabulary,and draws six types of arguments:phonetic,image,taste,finger,word formation of interpreting and rhetoric,and analyzes the six types of reasons.Chapter 3:The type of word formation in Jiwei Miao vocabulary.The word formation types of Jiwei Miao vocabulary are described i n detail,including simple words and compound words,and the compound in the compound words are analyzed carefully.The compound of Jiwei is compared with Chinese,and compared the difference between the word order and function of the formula and the subject-predicate.Chapter 4:The additional component of the Jiwei Miao vocabulary.The nine noun prefixes and one verb prefix in Jiwei Miao language are enumerated and analyzed,and their grammatical functions and meanings are explored.The focus is on the versatility of the verb prefix t?i⁴⁴.Chapter 5:The influence of language contact on the word formation system of Jiwei Miao.This paper compares the intrinsic words and Chinese loanwords in Jiwei Miao language,analyzes the types of Chinese loanwords and the reasons,and analyzes the influence of Chinese loanwords on the Jiwei Miao vocabulary system.
