Research On The Public Satisfaction Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Minhou County

Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of "revitalizing the countryside".We must strengthen cultural self-confidence and promote the prosperity of socialist culture.The revitalization of the countryside needs the guidance of culture.In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must take the lead in revitalizing rural culture,adhere to the people-centered approach,improve the quality of public cultural services,improve the cultural quality of the people,promote the prosperity of rural culture,and stimulate the endogenous power and vitality of rural development.Therefore,adapting to the trend of the times,fully integrating the cultural resources of the county,constantly improving the public cultural service system,and meeting the growing cultural needs of the people are urgent problems to be solved.In order to achieve a general understanding of the overall situation,I consulted the literature and collected the current domestic research on satisfaction,research models,and rural public culture assessments.I design indicators and systems for satisfaction evaluation of rural public cultural services in the perspective of peasant satisfaction,which based on the theory of public satisfaction,and then produce questionnaires,conduct field surveys,and collect statistics on data collected from questionnaires to obtain satisfaction evaluation.In view of the similarity between rural public cultural services and policy implementation,there are four aspects:service supply itself,service subject,service object and service environment.I draw lessons from Smith's policy implementation process theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the satisfaction of rural public cultural services from the four aspects of idealized policies,implementing agencies,target groups and policy environment,and proposes countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of rural cultural services.to create a good cultural atmosphere for the masses.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:The government continues to increase investment in rural public cultural services and improve the supply of rural public cultural services in Minhou County,the preliminary effect has been shown,but there are still a series of problems.There are still problems in the types of cultural services and service personnel.According to the survey data statistics,it shows that the satisfaction degree of rural public cultural services in Minhou County is basically in the general level,and there are still so much for improvement.The factors that affect the satisfaction of rural public cultural services mainly include the supply of public cultural services,service subjects,service objects and service environment.The countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of rural public cultural services in Minhou County include improving the rural public cultural infrastructure,enriching the content of supply,improving the quality of cultural service subjects,improving the cultural level and service environment of cultural service objects,etc.
