With the development of modern education technology,e-book as a new generation of teaching tools is more and more used in classroom teaching.The rational use of e-book can effectively improve classroom teaching efficiency.The improvement of classroom efficiency must be guaranteed by effective classroom management.In the past,scholars have studied a lot of classroom management,but there is very little research on e-book classroom management.In this study,100 MM middle school students and 34 teachers were surveyed on the current situation of English classroom management in high school under e-book environment.Results:(1)The goal of classroom management of high school English e-book is one-sided,there is little attention to emotional goals,and students 'ability has not reached balanced development;(2)Due to long-term adaptation to traditional teaching,there are deficiencies in the design of the psychological environment in the classroom.Teachers focus on students 'achievements and lack of psychological management of students;(3)There are deficiencies in classroom discipline management,which is rather one-sided in formulating regulations and emphasizing the correction of behavior,but there are fewer early interventions in bad behavior;(4)Classroom evaluation management is simple,and some teachers still use their achievements as the main measure of students 'ability.The author believes that the reasons for the above problems are:(1)The lack of theoretical basis for classroom target management in the e-book environment;(2)The classroom mental environment management consciousness is weak;(3)One-sided and single formulation of discipline management rules for electronic schoolbags;(4)Classroom management evaluation is still based on marks.In order to solve the above problems,the following strategies are put forward in this study:(1)Enhancing professional literacy and strengthening the awareness of classroom management of high school English teachers;Achieve effective classroom goal management;(2)Pay attention to the individual development of students and implement difference management;Strengthen the communication between teachers and students to create a harmonious teacher-student relationship;(3)Establish effectiveclassroom rules and establish prevention strategies for classroom management problems in e-books;Strengthen the moral education of students;Improve students' self-management ability and realize classroom discipline management;(4)Establish an e-book classroom management evaluation system to highlight the dominant position of core literacy in evaluation;and emphasize the important position of students in evaluation and evaluate them from multiple levels;Ensure the rationality and comprehensiveness of evaluation.
