Investigation And Research On Operation Management Of Sports Dance Training Institutions In Haidian District,Beijing

The 13 th five-year plan for sports development issued and implemented by the general administration of sport of China elevates national fitness as a national strategy to integrate sports into people's lives and improve the health of the whole nation.Informatization,digitization and networking provide technical support for the reform and development of sports industry.As a part of sports industry,sports dance has a very good development platform under the support of policies,and sports dance training market has great potential.Haidian district is a major district of science and technology education and culture in China.There are many sports and dance training institutions.However,many training institutions are eager to obtain immediate benefits and rush to run schools.On August 31,2018,the general office of the ministry of education issued a notice on earnestly doing a good job in the special governance and rectification of off-campus training institutions,requiring all localities to earnestly do a good job in the rectification of off-campus training institutions.Beijing municipal education commission responded positively,requiring the training institutions to make rectification within the deadline.To ensure that no unlicensed training institutions are allowed after 1 January2019.Through the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics to study the haidian district,39 sports dance training institution,to investigate their educational qualifications,thorough understanding,haidian district,Beijing sports dance training institutions in the financial management,human resource management,service management,marketing operations management content.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Financial standards are not standard,most training institutions do not issue tax invoices for fees2.There are no systematic management rules and regulations,and the internal management of training institutions is chaotic.3.Unclear market positioning and lack of distinctive course setting.4.New media marketing and school cooperation mechanism should be improved.It is suggested that haidian district dance sport training institutions should find the break-even point and plan the minimum monthly income and the minimum number of students;Legal and compliant operation and standard management system;Identify the correct positioning and develop new markets;Create online and offline courses and marketing mode.
