Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Latin Dance Training Institutions In Northeast China

The state promotes national fitness for 20 years,the concept of fitness to sprout,take root downward,national fitness consciousness gradually spread,more and more hot fitness,fitness form and content diversification development.Sports dance as a collection of fitness,art as one of the emerging sports,introduced to the northeast,the northeast region of the people’s favorite,the formation of a boom.A variety of large and small Latin dance courses such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain grow like a northeast,to grasp the development status of Latin dance training institutions,management level and the norms of the Northeast Latin dance training market to provide guidance and advice to theNortheast theory,Latin dance training Institutions development.This article through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and logical analysis of the Northeast Latin dance training institutions operating status of the investigation,the mode of operation,strategy,management methods and the profitability of these aspects of in-depth analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)the proportion of men and women in Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China is out of balance.(2)northeast Latin dance training institutions are mainly located in residential areas and commercial areas near the office building,basement and so on.To small-scale management,operating projects are relatively small,training venues and facilities to be improved.(3)Latin dance coaches in Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China have the characteristics of being younger.(4)the Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China lack the unified management of the market,the internal management of the training institutions is rather loose,and the managers lack professional knowledge and experience.(5)Through the survey of the scale,the teacher level and the student satisfaction of the Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China,it is found that the Latin dance training institutions in Liaoning in Northeast China have the strongest comprehensive strength.And some reasonable suggestions are put forward on the problems in the operation of the training institutions of the Latin dance in the Northeast:1.the area of training facilities to be reasonable planning and utilization.2.the operation of modern means to establish and standardize the management system.3.regularly arrange for teachers to go out to participate in training,and constantly improve the professional level of teachers,teachers should be based on the different situations of each class to develop a scientific and rational,systematic teaching plan.4.to strengthen the communication between the students and the exchange,to increase the recommendations of the box,the recommendations are summarized and adjusted.5.pay attention to quality,brand,cooperative management mechanism.
