Research On Social Benefit Evaluation Of Xi'an Little Theater

General Secretary Xi Jinping's report on the 19 th National Congress pointed out: "To promote the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries,we must deepen the reform of the cultural system,improve the cultural management system,and accelerate the establishment of an institutional mechanism that puts social benefits first,social benefits and economic benefits.".All sectors of society have reached a general consensus on the need for cultural enterprises to pay attention to social benefits.As an important part of the literary and art academy,the little theater has a special cultural mission as a cultural product,which directly affects the richness and diversified development of social and cultural needs.It is of great significance to evaluate the social benefits of Xi'an Little Theater,to clearly evaluate the content and methods of assessment,to standardize the assessment process,to promote the evaluation and evaluation results,to promote the further development of Xi'an Literature and Art Institute and to enhance social benefits.Based on the theory of system evaluation,the theory of corporate social responsibility and the theory of needs hierarchy,the thesis establishes three first-level indicators of repertoire creation,stage performance and cultural popularization based on the evaluation index system of social benefits of cultural enterprises and the actual situation of little theaters.Fourteen second-level evaluation indicators were used to determine the index weights by entropy weight method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct a little theater social benefit evaluation model.Through the investigation of the current situation of Xi'an Little Theater,the social benefits of Xi'an Little Theater were evaluated,and the evaluation results were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software,reflecting the impact of various evaluation indicators on the social benefits of Xi'an Little Theater.Reflects the importance of each indicator.The results show that the overall level of social benefits of Xi'an Little Theater is low,ranking the last level in the four levels of evaluation,namely,“excellent,good,qualified and unqualified”,indicating the overall status of social benefits of little theaters in Xi'an.Not optimistic,in which the number of original plays and the audience's satisfaction with the drama reached a good level,but the development and performance of the little theater is not balanced,the overall level of social benefits is low,and the popularity of the small theater is popular.The level is plagued by the media,which leads to the failure to achieve social benefits.Although the annual performances of Xi'an have met the requirements,the attendance rate is too low and the social benefits are not obvious.In this regard,the thesis proposes countermeasures for the evaluation results and the problems existing in the social welfare survey of Xi'an Little Theater: to explore the local characteristics of Xi'an,to strengthen innovative creation,to meet the individual needs of the audience;to pay attention to the quality of performance,improve the service level,and enrich the theater features.To enhance the influence of the Xi'an little theater brand;promote cultural popularization,expand cultural communication,and improve the cultural literacy of Xi'an citizens.And the support of relevant policies to promote the development of social benefits of little theaters.The little theater should adhere to the unity of social and economic benefits,follow the laws of the market,adhere to the bottom line of the drama,and promote the prosperity of the drama industry and cultural industry with sustainable development.
