With the aggravation of talent competition in modern society, the psychological problems related to learning of college students are also increasing.Among them, learning burnout refers to the phenomenon that students have negative attitude towards their own academic activities, which is an important factor affecting students’ academic achievement and mental health.Based on the review of previous studies,it can be seen that the factors affecting learning burnout mainly include individual factors and environmental factors.Internet addiction refers to the out of control of individual Internet behavior habits and the serious damage of social and physiological functions caused by it.With the popularization of Internet, there are many students with internet addiction;for students, family is an important environment next to school.Family intimacy reflects the emotional relationship between family members, while family adaptability reflects the ability of the whole family to cope with external stimulation and its own development.Family intimacy and adaptability systematically reflect the functional characteristics of the family. Therefore, this study includes two variables: Internet addiction, family intimacy and adaptability to explore the mechanism of individual factors and environmental factors on learning burnout,in order to provide useful reference for reducing and alleviating students’ learning burnout. In this study,390 students were selected from three senior middle schools in the way of cluster sampling.Then,352 valid questionnaires were obtained and effectively recovered by using the scale of adolescent learning burnout compiled by Wu Yan,the diagnostic scale of middle school students’ network development compiled by Min Lingling and the scale of family intimacy and adaptability compiled by Fei Lipeng The rate is 90.3%.Finally,the data collected are analyzed by SPSS18.0 software, and the results are as follows:1.Internet addiction has significant differences in academic performance,Internet age and average online time;learning burnout has significant differences inacademic performance and Internet age;family intimacy has significant differences in gender and academic performance;2.Internet addiction is positively correlated with learning burnout, family intimacy and adaptability is negatively correlated with learning burnout, and Internet addiction is negatively correlated with learning burnout;3.Family intimacy and adaptability and Internet addiction are independent variables, and the total score of learning burnout is the dependent variable for regression analysis. The regression model exists.Family intimacy and adaptability are some intermediary variables of Internet addiction and learning burnout, that is,Internet addiction can directly affect learning burnout,or indirectly affect learning burnout through family intimacy and adaptability Idle; The above results basically confirm the research hypothesis.Based on the results, the study suggests that students’ learning burnout can be reduced or alleviated by shaping their own psychological quality, improving family intimacy and adaptability, strengthening school mental health education and creating a good social atmosphere.
