Due to the students’ learning pressure, learning burnout phenomenon has attracted domestic and foreign researchers to conduct great studies, and participants of study varied from students in primary school to college. Learning burnout referred as low achievement dimension, body and mind’s exhaustion and academic alienation. This study selected743high school students as subjects, using the family parenting pattern questionnaire, future orientation questionnaire and adolescent learning burnout scale, and investigated students general situation, analyzed the relationship of family parenting pattern, future orientation and learning burnout, provided guidance for actual education teaching, and analyzed the corresponding measures to reduce students’ learning burnout. On the one hand, it could provide empirical support for learning burnout research, on the other hand in the practice of teaching it could also take corresponding measures to help students avoid learning burnout, give parent-child education suggestions, and guide parents to their way of thinking, and provide them with more feasible education countermeasure. The results of the study were as follows,(1) High school students’ learning burnout belonged to the lower middle level. low sense of achievement was the most serious dimension, while academic alienation dimension was not serious.(2) High school students’learning burnout score was significant difference in gender variable. But it wasn’t significant in grade variable, only the academic alienation had significant differences in grade, however physical and mental exhaustion and low sense of achievement weren’t so that.(3) Family parenting pattern was significantly correlated with learning burnout, learning burnout scores was significantly negatively correlated with emotional warmth and understanding. punishing, interference and denying from father and mother parenting pattern, but was significantly positively correlated with punishing, interference and denying.(4) Education and profession exploration, education and profession input, and marriage and family exploration from personal planning had a significant correlation between learning burnout, and a significantly positive correlation with marriage and family exploration. (5) High school students’family parenting pattern and personal planning were the key influence factors of learning burnout, and emotion warmth from father and mother could negative predicts learning burnout levels, denying could positive predict learning burnout levels. Education exploration and input, and profession input could negatively predict learning burnout, marriage and family exploration could positive predict learning burnout.(6) Education exploration, education input and profession input from personal planning had a mediated effect between father and mother emotion warmth and learning burnout. Marriage and family exploration and education exploration had a mediated effect between father denying and burnout. Marriage and family exploration had a mediated effect between mother denying and burnout.
