The proposal and practice of "The Belt and Road Initiative" provides a new window and a huge opportunity for the development of China's cultural industry trade,and further strengthens the trade cooperation between China and " The Belt and Road Initiative " countries along the route.In 2013,the formation of the strategic concept of jointly building the silk road economic belt highlighted the important position of central Asia in the international cultural industry trade,thus expanding the scale of China's export of film and television products to central Asia.As a unique cultural product in the trade of cultural industry,film and television have both commercial value and cultural value.and have become an emerging trade competition hotspot in the field of global international trade.Based on the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,this paper mainly studies the factors influencing the export of Chinese film and television products to central Asia.Firstly,based on the development status of China's film and television industry and the theory of economies of scale,demand similarity,and strategic trade,the factors affecting the export of Chinese film and television products to central Asia are analyzed theoretically,and the corresponding assumptions are put forward.Secondly,the trade data of bilateral film and television products between China and central Asia from 2008 to 2018 were taken as the explained variables,and the factors such as GDP,Population of five central Asian countries,geographical distance and language were selected as the explanatory variables to construct the trade attraction model for empirical analysis.Finally,the influence of various factors and indexes on the output of Chinese film and television products to central Asia is determined.Based on the results of the above theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the following two conclusions are drawn on the influencing factors of the export of Chinese film and television products to central Asia :(1)GDP and Population of five central Asian countries have a significant impact on the export of Chinese film and television products to central Asia.This shows that the country's economic base plays a decisive role in the size of trade,and the Population of five central Asian countries also has a significant impact on the demand for film and television products.(2)geographical distance and language have little impact on the export of Chinese film and television products to central Asia.This has a lot to do with the geographical advantages and historical origins of China and the five central Asian countries.Finally,based on the analysis of the research results,the corresponding Suggestions are put forward :(1)expand the scale of China's film and television exports to central Asia(2)strengthen the infrastructure construction in central Asia(3)give play to the advantages of population size,and build a development model of film and television industry cluster.
