Exploring The "Ink" And "Color" In Li Keran's Landscape Painting

Li Keran has been devoted to the study and research of Chinese painting all his life.The "ink" and "color" in his works are Li Keran's innovation of tradition and his study of Western painting,forming his landscape painting works with the color accumulation method with light and color factors and the color set by his emotion to nature.Looking at the formation of his painting style of "Lijia mountains and waters" is the basis of his early study of traditional painting.The broadening of his vision of Western painting techniques and concepts,and the long journey of sketching in the 1950 s are the important reasons for his achievement.Before the 1960 s,it was the accumulation process of Li Keran's painting art.After the 1960 s,it reached the peak period of his artistic creation.In terms of composition,painting and artistic conception,it was different from the traditional concept.The style of the work was mature,the method of painting was strong,the color was bold,and the artistic conception was quiet and profound.This paper will analyze the origin of Li Keran's brush and ink,the change of brush and ink,the concept of color setting in Li Keran's landscape painting,and the changes of "ink" and "color" in some of his landscape painting works in different periods in the process of sketching,to show the complete artistic process of the formation of his brush and ink style,and finally to explore the aesthetic realm in his landscape painting.Li Keran's landscape painting has a great change to the tradition in the expression of ink color,not just simple "accumulate ink" and "give color according to the type".The research on the combination of ink method,color concept and Chinese and Western painting techniques in this paper can inspire the creation of "ink" and "color" combination in our life propaganda,and also provide the basis for the development and innovation of the form language of landscape painting at present and in the future Foundation.
