Yinshan Rock Painting in Inner Mongolia is an image carved on the rocks of Yinshan Mountain.It is widely distributed and rich in themes.The creation of rock paintings has gone through ten stages from the late paleolithic period to the Ming and Qing Dynasties.It is an ancient historical picture scroll left behind the ancestors of many ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia.It reflects the life style,religious belief and their living environment in the development of ancient northern ethnic groups in China.It is not only an important embodiment of Inner Mongolia's history and culture,but also an important part of grassland historical sites,as well as a precious cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia and even the world.Yinshan Rock Painting in Inner Mongolia not only contains rich cultural value,but also presents a variety of visual language,which brings us a lot of cultural information.Therefore,the study of visual language of the Yinshan Rock Painting in Inner Mongolia is very important for us to understand itself,explore its expression and composition,and explore their cultural connotation.Yinshan Rock Painting in Inner Mongolia are mainly concentrated in the Urat Middle Banner,Urat Rear Banner,Dengkou county and other counties in Inner Mongolia.There are also rock paintings distributed in other areas along the line,IT subject matter involved covering animals,people,gods,utensils,celestial bodies and so on.The research on the visual language and artistic features of Yinshan rock paintings mainly uses the research methods of literature analysis,longitudinal research,field research and other research methods.Based on the sorting,induction and summary of the relevant literature,this paper studies the visual language of Yinshan Rock Paintings from the perspective of design,Through the analysis of different visual languages in rock paintings,the potential charm of visual languages from Yinshan Rock Painting in Inner Mongolia is explored.According to the theme and types of Yinshan Rock Paintings in Inner Mongolia,the meaning expressed by visual language of its graphic symbols is explored;according to its production methods,morphological characteristics,composition rules,visual language expression and composition in-depth analysis is carried out.Combined with the concept of cultural heritage protection,makes its historical and artistic value show in a new way.The study of the visual language on Yinshan Rock Paintings in Inner Mongolia will be beneficial to its historical breadth,artistic category and promotion of cultural value.It can not only add new directions on the basis of the original research theories,but also meet the needs of cultural heritage and development in Inner Mongolia,and it can also provide reference for the inheritance and innovation of Inner Mongolia grassland culture,so that Yinshan Rock Paintings in Inner Mongolia which is an ancient art treasure house can be better inherited and developed.
