Leibniz's logic thought came into being under the background of the epistemological turn of modern philosophy and the development of mathematics.Aristotle 's Proposition Theory and syllogism,Lu Lu' s concept combination,Descartes' Thought on universal mathematics and universal language, and Hobbes' thought that thought is calculation are all important theoretical sources of Leibniz 'logical thought.Leibniz unifies the three principles of traditional logic as "the principle of contradiction".In order to supplement the inadequacy of the principle of contradiction,he creatively puts forward the principle of sufficient reason.Leibniz believes that propositions have true and false meanings. The discussion of the true and false questions of propositions constitutes his theory of truth.Furthermore,he divides truth into inevitable truth and accidental truth according to contradiction principle and sufficient reason principle.Leibniz put forward the concept of "possible world" for the first time, explored the truth with the help of possible world, and perfected the theory of truth. In order to unify human language, unify the expression of scientific research and realize rational calculus,Leibniz put forward the idea of universal symbols.General symbols have the characteristics of universality, accuracy and computability. On the basis of general symbols,he built a logic calculation system.Leibniz's logic thought has profound significance for the development of logic and philosophy. His thought of general symbols and logical calculus promoted the development of logical algebra and mathematical logic, and initiated the study of modern logic. The concept of possible world provides the foundation for the establishment of possible world semantics and promotes the development of modal logic. In addition,Leibniz's logic thought puts forward a new paradigm and method for the study of later philosophy, which has an important influence on Russell's analytical philosophy and even the development of later philosophy.
