The Study On The Dialectical Relationship Between Strengthening And Weakening The Motivation Of Chinese Characters

The appearances of Chinese characters must be made with motivation.As a symbol system for recording Chinese,Chinese characters should have an analyzable connection between the external form and the recorded object.The article expounds the performance of motivation in different historical stages of Chinese characters,and summarizes the phenomenon of strengthening the motivation in the development of Chinese characters.According to the definition of rationale,we surveyed the 3500 common words received in the first-class word list of the General Standard Word List(hereinafter referred to as the "word list"),focusing on the weakening of the motivation,analyzing the diachronic evolution of the phenomenon,and discussing several causes of the weakening,and revealing the dialectical relationship between the strengthening and weakening of the Chinese characters' motivation.The article divides the motivations in 3500 commonly used Chinese characters into three categories: preservation,complete loss and partial loss.The weakening of the motivation mainly includes the phenomenon of complete loss and partial loss.Based on the classification,through the diachronic evolution of the form of Chinese characters and the development and change of the pronunciation and meaning recorded by Chinese characters,we specifically describe the weakening of the characters.The more detailed classification of the motivation of semantic element and phonetic element,in order to accurately quantify the motivation of commonly used Chinese characters,and directly reflects the weakening of motivation in current Chinese characters.By studying the relationship between the strengthening and weakening of the rationale,the main trend of the development of the motivation for the appearances of Chinese characters is emphasized,and the nature of Chinese characters is objectively and comprehensively understood.Finally,the importance of motivation in Chinese character education and cultural heritage is discussed.Taking the abolition of the "Second Chinese Character Simplification Plan(Draft)" as an example,a brief analysis of the choices of the motivation in the Chinese character simplification movement is made.It is determinedthat the change of motivation should be maintained within a certain limit.Expounding the periodic features of the motivation of Chinese characters.
