| With the development of political economy and the progress of science and technology,we have entered a new era of information technology.At the same time,the term "educational information" has been paid more and more attention.The development of teaching mode must make adaptive changes with the development of society.As a new teaching mode,flipped classroom reverses the time of knowledge teaching and knowledge internalization.Before class,we can learn new knowledge independently through micro class and other resources.In class,we can consolidate and internalize knowledge through group mutual aid discussion and targeted guidance of teachers.Thus breaking the traditional classroom can not be a good implementation of individualized teaching and learning ability to cultivate barriers.The theoretical research of this teaching mode is becoming more and more rich,but the practical research in the discipline of sports dance is still obviously behind other disciplines.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,education observation,mathematical statistics,questionnaire,expert interview and logical analysis to study and analyze the theories related to flipped class,and takes the 2019-2020 academic year of sports dance of Renmin University of China as an example A total of 61 students of elective courses designed the flipped classroom teaching mode to be applied to the teaching experiment of the public elective course of physical dance in Colleges and universities,and compared the development of physical quality,learning interest,independent learning ability and technical skills of 61 students in different teaching modes(flipped classroom teaching mode,traditional teaching mode),and then discussed the flipped classroom in the selection of physical dance in Colleges and universities In order to improve the quality of education and contribute to the reform and innovation of the education and teaching of sports dance,the feasibility and influence of the implementation of the course are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation,teaching difficulties and the comparative analysis of the elements of traditional teaching mode and flipped classroom teaching mode,combined with the background of education informatization and quality-oriented education,the author believes that it is necessary to implement the flipped classroom teaching mode in college physical dance course.(2)Based on the investigation and analysis of college technical resources,the investigation and analysis of students’ learning characteristics,the analysis of college teaching characteristics,the investigation and analysis of students’ learning style tendency,as well as the compatibility analysis of sports dance discipline and flipped classroom,all meet the necessary conditions for the implementation of flipped classroom,and the vast majority of teachers,students and experts in the investigation object have positive affirmation on flipped classroom Therefore,the author believes that the implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode in college sports dance class is feasible.(3)Through the teaching experiment,it is found that both the control class and the experimental class have made progress in physical quality,but there is no obvious difference.Therefore,the two teaching modes can enhance physical quality to a certain extent,but the improvement of physical quality is a continuous and long process,which requires a certain degree of intensity and load,so the effect of the two modes on physical quality is not significant Differences.(4)Through the teaching experiment,we found that in the study interest and enthusiasm,the experimental class has significantly enhanced compared with the control class,so we think that the flipped classroom teaching mode has a significant role in improving students’ interest in learning.The micro class link and the classroom display link in the flipped classroom make the classroom more interesting,and students can more understand and feel the charm of sports dance.In this mode,students’ learning attitude is more positive and their classroom performance is more confident.(5)Through the teaching experiment,it is found that the experimental class has a significant improvement compared with the control class,so the flipped classroom teaching mode has a significant role in improving the ability of autonomous learning.In this teaching mode,students have more opportunities and time to learn consciously and actively.Through micro class learning,they can find out and try to solve problems,and improve their autonomous learning ability in this process.(6)Through the teaching experiment,it is found that the technical skill score of the experimental class is much higher than that of the control class.Therefore,the flipped classroom teaching mode is more conducive to improving students’ technical skills than the traditional teaching mode.This new teaching mode gives students more time to internalize their knowledge,so that they can better consolidate their technical skills.(7)Flipped classroom is a new product of the contemporary era,and it has not yet become a complete system.Therefore,during the implementation,there may be problems such as insufficient integration of resources before class,confusion of classroom teaching organization,and insufficient ability of students’ independent learning.Teachers should explore the perfect combination of theory and subject teaching in practice,and popularize and promote the traditional teaching mode after improving the problems,so as to make it perfect day by day For our use. |
