The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the national development strategy of realizing educational informatization,laying the foundation for the development of China’s education toward modernization and informatization.Smart education is a brand-new model that applies information technology to modern education,which can improve educational efficiency and achieve good educational results.College are the cradle of talent cultivation where courses and teaching are very important ways.High-quality courses,advanced teaching methods and modern information education technology are the basic guarantee of high-quality talent cultivation.Public physical education courses in regular institutions of higher learning should not only cultivate students’ physical fitness,motor skills,motor cognition,learning attitude and behavior,communication and cooperation spirit,and affective performance,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.At the same time,attention should be paid to the use of a variety of teaching strategies and methods to improve the quality of course implementation and the introduction of modern educational information approaches into the physical education classrooms.As a public physical education course in College,sports dance is one of the optional courses that are popular among college students,because it has both the competitive and fitness features of sports and the artistry of dance.The educational resources of sports dance mostly take on visual characteristics and spread quickly and conveniently on the internet.The smart campus,digital information platform and the popularization of portable devices(such as smart phones,tablets)provide a guarantee for the use of information technology in sports dance teaching.Therefore,based on the characteristics of sports dance,the smart classroom teaching mode with the characteristics of visualization of educational resources,networking of knowledge dissemination and digitalization of information resources is introduced into sports dance teaching,which relies on the network platform to realize communication between teachers and students,transmission of knowledge and information,timely learning guidance and effect feedback,enriching the teaching strategy and methods of sports dance.It not only meets the requirements of educational informatization,but also provides new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of sports courses in institutions of higher learning,and serves to improve the teaching quality of sports dance course.This study mainly uses the research methods of literature review,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics,takes the application of smart classroom teaching mode in sports dance course in the College of Physical Education of a university as the research object.Based on the discussion of the feasibility of integrating smart classroom teaching mode into sports dance teaching,under the theories of information technology,education and psychology,the smart classroom teaching mode is integrated with the teaching of sports dance in the university.By designing the operation process of the smart classroom teaching mode,the author conducted an experiment in the teaching of sports dance to verify the operability and application effect of the smart classroom teaching mode in the teaching of sports dance,so as to explore new paths and methods for the technical teaching reform of sports dance in College.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the basic theory of smart classroom teaching mode,by integrating the characteristics of sports dance teaching in College,this research analyzes the feasibility of applying smart classroom teaching mode to sports dance course,and proves the compatibility of integrating smart classroom teaching mode into sports dance teaching.(2)With the characteristics of the optional course of sports dance in College in consideration,and the systematicness,scientificalness,flexibility and operability as the basic principles,the teaching objectives,operation process,teaching evaluation and realization conditions of the smart classroom teaching mode can be designed under the educational informatization theory,pedagogy theory and psychology theory to meet the teaching requirements of sports dance classes in College.(3)The experiment proves that the smart classroom teaching mode designed in this research is operable in the teaching of the optional course of sports dance in College.(4)Based on the requirements of students’ learning evaluation in the National Guidelines for Teaching Physical Education in College,this dissertation evaluates the effectiveness of the smart classroom teaching mode applied to the optional course of sports dance in a university.The experiment proves that the application of this teaching mode has a good effect on improving students’ physical quality,especially the explosive force of lower limbs,and the level of students’ sports dance skills.It can cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities such as independent learning,analysis,and investigation to solve problems,cooperative communication skills,promote students to form a good learning attitude and sports cognition,and improve students’ satisfaction with physical education
