colleges and universities.As one of the dance types Preferred by beginners of sports dance,the teaching of basic steps is the main content of Cha-cha dance.Only mastering the basic steps can compose a dance combination of consecutive movements.In the teaching of basic steps,it is Particularly important to maintain the correct body Posture of the dancers.At the beginning of learning,students often bow their heads,lean forward,collapse,shrug their shoulders,and have unclear understanding of the basic steps and music rhythm.The author summed up the above bad body Posture through observation in teaching.The author,having consulted a great deal of documents and video materials,discovered that the Internet Platform-based flipped classroom teaching method has been implemented into numerous types of classroom instruction.Nevertheless,there are only a few instances of combining flipped classroom.with the teaching of just the basic body Posture,so the author tried to integrate the two,Further exploration and research.The Internet’s gradual growth has enabled the propagation and widespread acceptance of digital.China’s vigorous drive to reform educational information has led to the incorporation of the flipped classroom into sports dance instruction,as well as the modernizing of teaching and learning techniques for both instructors and learners.In this Paper,we focus on the instructional effect,instructional characteristics,instructional Principles,and flipped classroom Precautions in the instruction of basic rumba steps,by drawing on literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments and mathematical statistics.Based on the results of this study,the following conclusions can be drawn;(1)Applying the teaching mode based on the flipped classroom to the teaching of the basic step body Posture of Public Physical education dance in colleges and universities can better stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,increase their Participation in learning and enhance their sense of achievement in learning.In the Process of learning,it can better cultivate independent learning ability and build up the sense of teamwork.(2)After thirty-two hours of teaching experiment,both the experimental group and the control group have significantly improved their body Posture in the basic Cha-cha dance steps,but there is still room for further improvement.In terms of the final teaching effect output,the experimental group’s body Posture of movement skills improved significantly more than the control group,indicating that the flipped classroom has a facilitating effect on the teaching of basic body Posture of Cha-cha in Public Physical education dance,and the effectiveness of this model is obvious.(3)Through timely,multi-dimensional and dynamic teaching feedback system and data analysis,etc.,the flipped classroom can be applied to public physical education dance teaching,which can greatly enhance the existing teaching methods,allowing students to learn relevant knowledge anytime and anywhere in the cloud,forming their own learning methods in the process of figuring out how to do so,and revitalising the dance classroom with some practical significance.(4)Both the flipped classroom teaching mode and the existing teaching mode have advantages in terms of the technical level of Cha-cha dance,but the experimental class has better results than the control class in terms of the degree of body Posture maintenance and the degree of theory knowledge mastery.(5)The purpose of adopting the flipped classroom teaching model or existing teaching models is to motivate and guide students to learn better,and in terms of the student learning process,the flipped classroom teaching model,which highlights the step-by-step approach in specific teaching practices,follows this very purpose.The richness of the teaching videos,through the essential elements of being multi-dimensional,dynamic,immediate and intuitive,enables students to determine their learning direction,motivate them,inspire them to learn new points of knowledge,help them to find a dance style that suits them,and from which they can find ways to improve and learn about their own shortcomings,thus achieving the desired results..The following recommendations are made in relation to the experience gained in the teaching experiment:(1)Pay attention to the choice of teaching content,clarify the teaching objectives and the teaching effects to be achieved at each stage,adjust the course content and Progress in a timely manner,and summarise students’ learning feedback in time to Provide reference for the improvement of the teaching system at a later stage.(2)To do a good job of pre-course preparation and Post-course summary,teachers in the flipped classroom teaching mode should improve their ability to Produce teaching videos and enhance the content and quality of video output.Do a good Post-class summary by real-time monitoring of students’ learning Progress,the degree of completion of learning,the amount of learning feedback videos sent and online communication.(3)To improve the ability to optimise the fliped classroom by visualising and visualising Physical gestures.(4)To continuously explore the theoretical basis of the flipped classroom and integrate it with traditional classroom teaching so that it can be applied to more teaching activities in order to improve quality,enhance students’ learning,Promote reform and advance education.(5)To
