With the development of economy and the rapid progress of science and technology,we have entered the information age.The application of modern educational technology has made great changes in classroom teaching.Flipped classroom,as a new teaching mode,integrates the concept of taking learners as the main body and advocates the teaching concept of "learning before teaching".This paper studies and combs the literature related to the flipped classroom of sports dance,and finds that the current flipped classroom teaching mode is prone to the following problems in the implementation: first,in the video learning before class,there is a lack of on-site guidance from teachers,and students are afraid that it is not easy to correct the stereotyped movements caused by non-standard movements;2、 In pre class autonomous learning,due to the lack of effective supervision,students’ sports dance learning will be polarized,resulting in poor learning results,which will directly affect the effect and pertinence of teachers in classroom teaching activities.In view of the above problems,by using the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,this paper combines the relevant theoretical research of flipped classroom and the characteristics of sports dance classroom,and constructs the teaching design of sports dance flipped classroom based on virtual environment.This model introduces virtual teachers on the basis of virtual environment to provide effective supervision and basic guidance for students’ preview before class and review after class,which will serve as the teaching basis for teachers to carry out teaching activities in class.It provides a strong guarantee for teachers to implement effective teaching in the classroom,so as to improve the teaching effect of sports dance flipped classroom.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)By discussing the research background and significance of this paper,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the flipped classroom of sports dance,and puts forward that virtual teachers can be introduced into the flipped classroom teaching of sports dance in the virtual environment.(2)In this paper,the teaching design of sports dance flipped classroom based on virtual environment is completed from the aspects of teaching ideas,teaching processes,teaching objectives and teaching evaluation.(3)Taking the open SIM platform as an example,this study designed a virtual teacher.Starting from the frame structure design,the image,language and action of the virtual teacher are designed respectively.The work contents of virtual teachers are studied,including troubleshooting,supervision,learning content guidance and result evaluation.(4)From the perspective of teaching effect,the introduction of virtual teachers in the virtual environment can not only enrich teaching resources,but also better improve the learning efficiency of learners and the teaching efficiency of teachers in the flipped classroom.(5)From the perspective of teaching concept,the teaching theory design of sports dance flipped classroom in virtual environment meets the needs of modern teaching,helps to cultivate students’ initiative and consciousness in learning,and adapts to modern information technology.This is consistent with the concept of modern information education.
