Research On Construction Usage Of Ai X Jiu X For Teaching Chinese As A Second Language

The construction "Ai X Jiu X" has a high frequency and complex meaning in interactive communication,Moreover,there are few studies on this construction in the academic circle,which is difficult for second language learners to master and use it freely.Therefore,from the perspective of interactive linguistics,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study of "Ai X Jiu X".First of all,based on the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,this paper explains the necessity and importance of studying the construction of "Ai X Jiu X",Then I put forward my own views in the following aspects:Using construction theory and evaluation theory to make clear that "Ai X Jiu X" is the construction of evaluation meaning,through corpus analysis,the construction meaning of "Ai X Jiu X" is as follows: The construction "Ai X Jiu X" is the speaker's evaluation of a certain speech,behavior or event of the addressee,when the speech act of the addressee does not meet the expectation of the speaker,that is,it is inconsistent with the expectation of the speaker,the construction used by the speaker to express positive or negative evaluation.According to different contexts,the construction "Ai X Jiu X" has positive and negative meaning of persuasion and evaluation.Through the collection and research of synchronic and diachronic corpus,It is found that with the high frequency of use in communication,the negative evaluation meaning of the construction "Ai X Jiu X" becomes more and more conventional.Under the guidance of interactive linguistic theory,analyzing the sequence environment and position expression of the construction "Ai X Jiu X" with corpus,in the aspect of conversation sequence,this paper discusses the characteristics of "Ai X Jiu X",and concludes that: "Ai X Jiu X" is the response position of dialogue in both highly interactive conversation and extended narration.In addition,this paper discusses the position of "Ai X Jiu X" construction in turn in detail,and concludes that there are four types of position expressions of "Ai X Jiu X" : First turn,middle turn,back turn and independent turn.Finally,in the interactive communication,we analyze and study the discourse function of the construction "Ai X Jiu X" : Evaluation function,persuasion function,indirect negation function,conflict reduction function and turn ending function.The evaluation function and turn ending function are the main discourse functions of the construction "Ai X Jiu X".
