Research On The Construction Of Doctor-patient Relationship In Medical Subject Documentaries

Health is an inevitable requirement for promoting people's all-round development and a basic condition for economic and social development.With the continuous improvement of people's awareness of health,the requirements for the medical environment have become higher and higher.However,the emergence of "medical trouble" incidents has led to increased tension between doctors and patients.In the long run,it will not be conducive to the harmonious and stable development of society.Since 2014,the emergence of medical documentaries in China has undoubtedly played a positive role in alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients in society.The medical documentary uses the "real expression" of real people and real events to reproduce the medical scene of doctors in treating illnesses and saving people,restore the objective image of doctors and patients,and reshape and examine the doctor-patient relationship in life.This article selects 20 episodes of "Life Matters"(seasons 1 and 2)and 36 episodes of "Life Unlimited" as examples.Taking medical theme documentaries as the starting point,this article explores how doctor-patient relationships are structured and presented in documentaries..This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter summarizes the research background,research significance,and research status of this topic.In the second chapter,it focuses on the analysis of the doctor-patient image of the two medical documentaries and discusses the skills of molding the character image;Chapter 3 focuses on the types of doctor-patient relationship in the documentary,that is,the doctor-patient relationship of the "I and You" model and the doctor-patient relationship of the "I and It" model,and discusses the reasons for the two models of doctor-patient relationship;The fourth chapter focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the current documentary in the construction of the relationship between doctors and patients,and explores the optimization strategies of future medical documentaries.
