Since 2010,doctor-patient disputes have occurred frequently, and the media's concentrated and one-sided coverage of doctor-patient disputes has aggravated the tension between doctors and patients, and has also accelerated the continued deterioration of doctor-patient relations. The continuous deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship and the lack of sense of responsibility of the media have caused widespread concern among the all sectors of society.Under such circumstances, works that can truly reflect the doctor-patient relationship and the image of doctors have suddenly emerged, and a number of medical documentaries also appeared in various broadcasting environments and received wide acclaim. From the perspective of movies&TV aesthetics, the paper analyzes the texts of several representative medical documentary columns.According to the logic of the gradual advancement of the characteristics, approaches, and authenticity of the"doctor-patient relationship" presented in columns,it provides an overall framework for the article. This article is mainly composed of an introduction and five chapters. In the introduction, the origin and significance, research methods and ideas, research objects and research status of this topic are sorted out.In the first chapter of the paper, the overall characteristics of the image of doctors and patients molded by the media and the features of the doctor-patient relationship in medical documentary columns were summarize. As a result,it has been found that medical documentary columns present new features that are different from those presented by other media in the presentation of the "doctor-patient relationship."From the second chapter to the fourth chapter, the presentation of the doctor-patient relationship was specifically analyzed. In the second chapter, the characters,as the constituent elements of the "doctor-patient relationship" in the column, were analyzed and the method of presenting the characters' images was classified and summarized. It is concluded that the presentation of characters in such columns is contrastive and three-dimensional,and wonderful situations are used to enhance the audience's understanding of characters. In general,an objective, real and positive doctor-patient image was created. In the third chapter, from the analysis of the space environment expressed by the"doctor-patient relationship",it is found that the expansion of the actual environment and the mining of the relationship of characters provide an objective and rich environmental system for the presentation of the "doctor-patient relationship,"and it also makes the doctor-patient relationship appear truly and naturally. In the fourth chapter, the use of conflict elements in the columns is analyzed from the dual role of conflict elements in the column. Therefore, the discovery of the use of conflict elements is not only to form the logical framework of the story, but also constitutes a window for the audience to understand the conflict between doctors and patients. This reflects the creator's attitude towards the causes of the doctor-patient dispute. The last chapter is a philosophical reflection on the "truth" presented by the medical documentary program. It thinks that the reality presented in the program is an idealized imagination, and the reality is the joint effect of return of the sense of media' s responsibility, business discourse intervention and the subject consciousness enhancement of represented subject. Therefore, the author calls on the audience to treat this kind of media illusion rationally,as well as is inclined to the creators of the program can take the advantages of the program "presentation",select its essence, and create more excellent documentary works with a more scientific and rational attitude.
