Research On The Presentation Of Doctor-patient Relationship In Documentary Films Of Medical Subjects In China From 2013 To 2017

With the economic and social development,people's living standards have improved,and the relationship between doctors and patients has become a hot topic,the issue of doctor-patient relationship has become a hot topic of general concern.However,the doctor-patient conflicts and frequent injuries occur frequently,and the media in the course of presenting the relationship between doctors and patients have a variety of anomie problems.In this context,how to restore the status quo through real and objective recording methods,so that the public out of the paradoxical thinking circled to re-examine the relationship between doctors and patients is particularly urgent and important.The medical documentary film takes medical personnel,patients and patients' families as the main object,taking medical sites as the shooting background,taking the full documentary as the shooting way,recording the status of medical industry,publicizing the medical science knowledge and reflecting the realistic relationship between doctors and patients.This documentary film broadens the cognitive channel of the audience to the medical industry,reduces the information asymmetry between the audience and the doctors,transfers the concept of medical knowledge and life and death,and has played an active role in alleviating the relationship between doctors and patients and enhancing mutual trust between doctors and patients.In this paper,the medical documentary film,which emerged in recent years,is used as the research sample,and the relationship between doctors and patients is taken as a breakthrough point,and the presentation of medical documentary film on the relationship between doctors and patients is studied.The first chapter analyzes the media presentation of the doctor-patient relationship and the medical documentary film.The second chapter focuses on the study of the constructive presentation of the relationship between doctors and patients.First,it combs the visual angle and the presentation type of the relationship between doctors and patient in documentary,and finds that the presentation of the documentary on the relationship between doctors and patients can be divided into harmonious,tension andcommon.Then case analysis and literature survey are used to discuss the performance and causes of the three types of documentary.The third chapter sums up the construction mode of the relationship between doctors and patient in documentary,and finds out in the narrative process of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,the main way is to express the center of gravity from technology to emotion,and to deal with the type of character relationship from the opposite to balance,and to promote the promotion of meaning.In the light of the tension type doctor-patient relationship,the documentary reduces the presentation of the scene of violent conflict,temporarily suspends and avoids the direct presentation of the contradiction responsibility investigation.The last chapter combs the problems of the medical documentary film,and then puts forward three open suggestions: to pay attention to the multi-dimensional status of the doctor-patient relationship,to strengthen the problem consciousness,to pay attention to the depth of the topic,and to pay attention to the stereoscopic and full character of the character.
