In the 19th-century book world,the pedigree with Wang Xizhi's beautiful and elegant book style as the core has been greatly challenged due to the distortion of the engraving,and gradually lost its dominant position.With the prosperity of the textual research,the ancient and innocuous characters of the inscriptions such as gold and stone Becoming a new model of aesthetics,steleology emerged at the historic moment,and replaced the academy as the mainstream.In such a special historical period when the inscriptions collide,the choice of scholars and scholars and their academic thoughts are particularly important.Shanxi scholar Zhang Mu who lived in Jia and Dao years had a great influence on the academic circle and calligraphy circle in the Qing Dynasty.This article will cut through the academic background of the Qing Dynasty,sort out and analyze Zhang Mu's book theory and handed down works as much as possible,in order to restore the most authentic scholar Zhang Mu in a specific historical period.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter gives a brief overview of the origin and current situation of this topic.The second chapter discusses Zhang Mu 's life and his family history.Starting from the academic background of his era,he sorts out the scholarly school of thought that emerged during the Qianjia period and the changes in scholars 'mentality after the Opium War broke out.Zhang Mu's academic face;Chapter III mainly combines historical data to deeply dig into Zhang Mu 's friendships and elegant collections,including with Qi Zhizao,He Shaoji,Cheng Enze,etc.,and discusses his friendship activities in detail,especially the issues related to calligraphy Analysis,in order to explore the role of calligraphy in its daily life and its influence on the formation of its style of writing;Chapter IV combines the collected works of Zhang Mu with its literature and other documents to conduct detailed research and discuss Zhang Mu was influenced by the academic atmosphere and the interaction of friends at the time.
