Zhang Tingji was a philosopher with a wide influence in the middle of Qing dynasty.His epilogue is the reflect of era combining the academic and calligraphy art of the inherent.From learning the writings of Zhang Tingji Qing yi ge's ancient artifacts,Qingyi pavilion and Qing yi pavilion gold stone problem,the academic intercourse and the epilogue of jinshi are sorted out,it can reveal the academic orientation of Zhang Tingji.Through the interpretation of Zhang Tingji's epilogue based on the great trend of the influence on the study of books by Qian-Jia period,we can sketch the more definite and independent calligraphy learning concept of Zhang Tingji.Zhang Tingji has a rigorous attitude towards learning,it is a duty to trace back to the source.Zhang Tingji's concept of calligraphy is deeply nurtured and inspired by the academy of science,the calligraphy has the rational way and the aesthetic active pursuit,we'll generalize that the theory of king respect in the trend of metal and stone,a view on the evaluation of fat and thin,it is a monument to ancient interest,the pursuit of potential.Zhang Tingji's calligraphy is the culture of the imperial examination era,Qian-Jia academic background,the great potential of inscriptions,personal collection of ancient interest.Therefore,his calligraphy showed a gentle spirit to avoid sweet and charming vulgarity,his experience in calligraphy and the style of calligraphy have his own little climate,and this is different from the average scholar.We have put forward that it may be worth considering the dichotomy of the inscriptions in the middle of the Qing dynasty,he was called by the golden stone calligrapher,this is different from the later tablet calligrapher,perhaps more so.
