In recent years,the importance of class organization and classroom management has been highly recognized.The organization and management in the Chinese classes for Sri Lankan students in China will definitely play an important role in the achievements they make.This study includes not only analysis on how the teachers conduct the class organization and management,but also observation and retrospection on how Sri Lankan students in China learn in class,and thoughts on how to improve the conditions of the learning environment,both physical and mental.Conducted through questionnaires and individual interviews,this study is pinpointed by related theories of Pedagogy,Psychology,Second Language Acquisition and Cross-cultural Communication.Guided by the lasted education reform of our country,it is also based on my own experiences and lessons learnt when teaching Sri Lankan students Chinese and teaching Chinese students English.Taking the Chinese classes for the Sir Lankan students of the South Asian Chinese Teachers' education in Chongqing Normal University as an example,this article has accumulated organization and management experience in Chinese classes.On the other hand,certain problems have been found.For instance,teachers are not strict enough.They don't know the students very well and their teaching approaches and methods should be verified.Students are supposed to overcome their defaults in their personality and be more active and interested in the course.They should have better ways of learning.As for the learning environment,students need a more comfortable and learner-friendly layout of the classroom,as well as a more encouraging atmosphere.To solve these problems,effective suggestions have been given to teachers,students and the management group to upgrade the class organization and management,arouse students' interest and help them to work together to enhance the efficiency of the Chinese education for Sri Lankan students in ChinaThis thesis is composed of 5 chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the background of the study,what has been achieved in the related field and the study methods.Chapter 2 lists the theories that pinpoint the study.Chapter 3 showcased the design of the study,how it was conducted and the analysis of the results obtained.Chapter 4 gives suggestions to the problems found.And Chapter 5 is the conclusion part.
