A Study On The Space Aesthetic Signficance Of Root Carving Art

Root carving as a branch of wood carving.At present,it has gredually become a popular art communication medium in sculpture art.This paper takes the root carving art in Zhalantun area of Inner Mongolia as an example.Intreducing the theory of space aesthetics.Discussion from three aspects.Follow the essence of root carving art and deep unelerstanding of the significance of root carving art.First of all,from the perspeetive of physical space aesthetics and spirtual space aesthetics,this paper discusses the material space carrier and spiritual space core of root carving art.Secondly,it analyzes the unique national regional calture and folk customs contained in the root carving art in Zhalantun,Inner Mongolia.This paper discusses the development trend of the folk root carving art in Zhalantun area under the back ground of the times,appreciates the aesthetic state of the folk root carving art in Zhalantun area,and evaluates the aesthetic characteristics of the folk root carving art in Zhalantun area,Inner Mongolia.Finally,the paper analyzes the practical creation of the folk root carving art form in Zhalantun area,focusing on the in-depth study and analysis of the root carving art works from the sclection of the first materials to the artistic expression of the creative themes in the cultural level,and then in-depth study of the rationality of the theoretical basis of the folk root carving art in Zhalantun area,Inner Mongolia,in its artistic level and artistic form.
