The reform of Emperor Xiaowen in Northern Wei Dynasty occupies a very important position in Chinese history, and it has always been a hot issue in the field of history. The reform of Emperor Xiaowen further developed the previous Chinese reforms, and it is a prominent representative of many Northernization reforms in the Northern Wei Dynasty. The reform of the Emperor Wen also greatly promoted the integration of Hu and Han,and also had its own significance for weakening the basis of the split situation during the Wei,Jin,and Northern and Southern Dynasties. However,For the study of Emperor Xiaowen's reform, some scholars have started discussions from a macro perspective, and some have used traditional historical materials, making us ignorant of some specific aspects of Emperor Xiaowen's reform.Based on this, this article uses many epitaph materials to statistics the information of relevant people before and after Emperor Xiaowen emigrated to Luoyang, and to carry out a targeted study on the reform of surname,Household Registration and Burial Place. The first chapter mainly focuses on the measures of "fixing the surname" in Emperor Xiaowen's reform. After understanding the general situation of Emperor Xiaowen's reform of the surname, the discussion focuses on the "Di Shi ten surname","Xun Chen eight surname" and other inward tribe's surname. Most materials relied on are epitaphs.Judging from the Hu's acceptance of the surname reform, the completion of the Emperor Xiaowen's surname reform is still relatively high, but has a shorter duration. The second chapter mainly discusses the reform situation of household registration between the Hu and Han nationalities, and examines the changes of family lineage records caused by the change of nationality. It is not difficult to find that the reform of Emperor Xiaowen greatly enhanced the society's acceptance of the change of household registration, and the culture of advocating the Han culture appeared in the society. The Hu people did not hesitate to fake the ancestors in the family lineage. And the Han scholars are gradually keen to get closer to the Hu people. The third chapter mainly discusses the impact of the reform of the burial ground of Emperor Xiaowen on the Hu and Han nationalities. For the Hu people, they have a basic acceptance attitude. They can obey the demands of the court, and obey the court's plan for the Luoyang burial area. For the Han people, they also basically obey the government's burial area arrangements, but they had "double cemetery" measure. At the same time, they prefer the ancestral cemetery.According to research, although Emperor Xiaowen's reform of the funeral site was implemented,it was largely mandatory. With the easing of the decree and the incomplete acceptance of reforms by the lower levels, the implementation of the public was ultimately inadequate.
