Research On Social Music Education Development Of Youth Palace In Contemporary Urban Context

Social music education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.Considering that the significant differences between urban and rural areas in China,the urban youth groups occupying the most of social music education resources have become the main beneficiaries in this field.Meanwhile,In the different historical development periods of new China,the functions,roles,responsibilities and radiations of the social music education of the various levels and types of Youth palaces that undertake the tasks of social music education also appear to ebb and fade.Especially in the deepening stage of reform and opening up,urban infrastructure is improving day by day,the proportion of urban and rural population is inverted(urban population is more than rural population),the Youth Palace is facing a larger number of educated groups,but it does not have a good adaptation to the trend of market economy development,nor does it integrate its own resource advantages to become more collectivization,the development process is out of line with the times.Later,some music training classes,piano houses and art schools develop rapidly,holding a large market.In the new era of both opportunities and challenges,how to utilize the unique resource advantages of the Youth Palace and become brilliant again has become an unavoidable big issue.
