Cooperating With The School: A New Way To The Education Development Of Youth Palace

Along with the development of economy, culture, science and technology of our country, education has also made great progress. It is necessary to do further research on the development of school education. The youth palace, as a typical example of education, dominates the off-campus education. How to make the youth palace cooperate with primary and middle schools, raise the comprehensive ability of youth together,promote the all-round development of students, physics and mentality has become a hot topic.The cooperation between the youth palace and the school has become an inevitable tendency, so the research on this has its theoretical and practical significance. Through the research background and research theory of the cooperation, this paper discusses the model and strategies of the cooperation. This provides theoretical basis for the all-round development of the youth. Therefore, the education resources will be well distributed and it is also helpful for the harmonious development of the youth.Development of youth palace education has experienced four stages and is becoming more and more mature in the new century. Youth palace education is the experimental field of education reform in China. Youth palace broadens the vision of the primary and middle school students, greatly satisfies the students' interests, shows individual talent, cultivates self-confidence, and develops teamwork spirit. It is the big classroom of comprehensive development of students and is an important way of social education.The cooperation between the youth palace and the school education is feasible and necessary. By collecting questionnaires, the current situation of youth palace is learned,which further demonstrates the necessity of the cooperation between the youth palace and primary and secondary schools. The cooperation further meets the requirements of quality education, integrates education resources, and avoids the shortage and waste of education resources so as to cultivate higher level talents. The cooperation not only meets the requirements of teaching reform, but also makes up the insufficiency of school education. What's more, the cooperation helps to cultivate the students' core quality,integrates the off-campus education resources and reduces the students' burden.At present, there are four major types of the relationship between the youth palace and the primary and secondary schools: one-palace-for-several-schools type,several-palaces-for-several-schools type, school-held-youth-palace type, the cooperation between the Internet and youth palace type. Although there are different cooperation forms, there is only one same target. That is to create a good environment for students and promote the all-round development through the cooperation between youth palace and schools. However, because the government does not attach more importance to the youth palace education, the function of youth palace develops unevenly, schools and youth palace fail to cooperate effectively and also the society does not have a comprehensive understanding of youth palace education, the cooperation between youth palace and schools is not unsatisfactory.The youth palace takes part in the education of the school, and they work together to promote the all-round development of students' physics and mentality. Through the transformation of education idea, the policy should be made more complete and the expenditure should be increased. The cooperation committee should be established between youth palace and schools. The network cooperation should also be improved to support their cooperation.The cooperation between youth palace and school will improve the physical and mental health and practical ability of the youth. The school focuses on in-class education,while the youth palace focuses on off-class education. The cooperation between youth palace and school is a theoretical exploration of in-class and off-class education and is still in the primary stage of research. Therefore, even if their cooperation is feasible in theory, there will be many difficulties in practice. This remains further research.
