| In recent years,in order to cultivate the temperament and physique of teenagers,sports dance has attracted much attention from parents and social groups,and youth sports dance training institutions have mushroomed.Through the field investigation,it is found that if the quality of teachers,service level,teaching environment,business reputation,training costs and other aspects of dance sports training institutions can meet the expectations of parents,the results and reputation of the training institutions will be improved accordingly.On the other hand,institutions that fail to meet the expectations of parents face losses or even closure.Taking Nanchang city of Jiangxi Province as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents of students in 5 training schools with 5 youth dance training institutions as samples,and 493 valid questionnaires were collected.Using SPSS26.0statistical analysis software,and makes an empirical analysis of the model through sample analysis,descriptive statistics,variable analysis and other methods.In addition,through interviews,field research and other methods,this paper analyzes the problems existing in these five youth dance sports training institutions from the perspective of customer satisfaction,and discusses the existing problems.This study found that,first of all,from the customer satisfaction theory,from the brand image,teachers,environmental factors,service factors and fee standards of the five aspects of teacher satisfaction has a certain impact on the youth dance sports training institutions.Secondly,taking the youth sports dance training industry in Nanchang city as an example,the customer satisfaction model is empirically analyzed to show the feasibility of the model.Third,SPSS survey found that the brand image of youth sports and dance training institutions in Nanchang had a positive impact on parents’ expected quality,perceived quality,perceived value and satisfaction.Fourthly,there are still some problems in the sports dance training institutions in Nanchang,such as: the quality of teachers is not high,the environment needs to be improved,the service needs to be improved,the reputation needs to be accumulated,and the cost is different.This study suggests that in order to improve consumer satisfaction of youth dance sports training institutions,the following aspects are needed.First,comprehensively improve the service quality of youth dance sports training institutions.Second,enhance the value of additional training services.Third,listen to the views of parents and establish a close relationship with customers.Fourthly,make all-out efforts to build brand image and improve the value of additional training services: such as doing homework and grading competitions and other overall services.Fifth,set appropriate psychological expectations for parents of students,and finally make parents of students satisfied,reasonable pricing. |
