Along with the rapid economic development,Chinese international influence is growing,and the mandarin craze receives a massive boost throughout the world.Thailand has been ranked 7~thh in the world with 16 Confucius Institutes.It is the only non-developed country in the top 10.Obviously,Thailand has played an important role in Chinese foreign cultural exchange.Thailand receives more than 1000Confucius Institute volunteer teachers every year.Almost all public and private schools across the country have set up Chinese courses.From kindergartens to universities,a complete and mature learning system has been set up.However,the abundant teaching resources invested are not equal to the result that Thailand can only provide a few hundred skilled Chinese talents every year.The learning effect of student is closely related to the teaching method of teachers.Teaching methods is an important link between teachers'teaching and students'learning.Good teaching method is an important guarantee to improve teaching quality and teaching efficiency.Faced with such a difficult situation in Thailand,this paper attempts to start from the teaching method,propose to use dramatic teaching method in Thai Chinese class.In the first chapter,this paper searches and sorts out the literature of dramatic teaching method,briefly describes the research status of the teaching method at home and abroad,and points out the research methods used in this paper and the innovation of this paper.In the following chapter 2,the basic concept of dramatic teaching method is introduced,and the feasibility of applying this teaching method in Thai junior high school Chinese teaching is analyzed.In the third chapter,a questionnaire survey was conducted before the dramatic teaching method was implemented in St.Louis school and the questionnaire results were analyzed to find out the problems existing in the school's Chinese classroom.According to the current situation of Chinese teaching in this school,the specific teaching plan is designed in chapter 4.After the dramatic teaching method is used in the real classroom,a questionnaire survey is conducted to test the implementation effect of the teaching method.Finally,in the fifth chapter,corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward for the problems in the classroom during the implementation of the teaching method,in an attempt to provide experience and reference for the future application of the teaching method in Chinese teaching.
