Spoken language is a vital ability that Second Language learners need to master.It is a bridge between language learning in classroom and practical application.It has strong practical significance for students.Therefore,Spoken Chinese teaching in the whole system of teaching Chinese as a foreign language occupies a very important position.In order to continuously improve the teaching effectiveness of elementary Spoken Chinese Class in Thailand,this article studied through consult a large amount of relevant research materials,pay attention to the process teachers' teaching of Spoken Class,observe and record the students' learning performance,then comprehensively analyzed the teaching case of elementary Spoken Chinese in Thailand.Based on the theoretical support of the Constructivism Scaffolding teaching method,the study of elementary Spoken Chinese teaching design in Thailand is carried out.The core idea of Constructivism theory is that students should construct meaning according to existing knowledge and experience.The learning process of learner is a process of constructing meaning meaningfully.In other words,learners construct their own knowledge system through their own subjective awareness activities.This theory can give good explain and guide the acquisition process of second language learners' acquisition ability of spoken language.This theory and its specific teaching methods applied in the teaching of international Spoken Chinese can significantly enhance the teaching level of Spoken Class.Among the many specific teaching methods under the guidance of the Constructivism theory,the Scaffolding teaching method is considered to be the most suitable teaching method for the oral classroom teaching because of its gradual and easy-to-follow characteristics.The “scaffold” originally referred to the scaffold used when building a house.In the theoretical study,this term was used to graphically describe the help measures teachers provide to students in teaching activities: teachers' questions,answers,demonstrations,and other teaching activities can all be expressed as “scaffold”.The purpose is to help learners acquire knowledge;learners follow their own basic knowledge,follow the teacher's guiding thinking,answer questions,memorize and other learning activities are the process of climbing the “scaffold”,the purpose is to reach a higher level of understanding.Based on the situation of design,the process of teacher's teaching is selecting scaffold,building scaffold,and eventually releasing scaffold.Therefore,before putting into practice teaching,it is necessary to preconceive what may be involved in teaching,how to design scaffolds for these contents,and then use them in class to guide the development of students.The operation method of the Scaffolding teaching method is generally composed of six links: selected topics,construction of scaffolds,setting of situations,independent exploration,joint learning,and effect evaluation.Among them,the selection of topics is generally determined by schools,teaching materials,and the schedule of the day.The construction of scaffolds,the setting of situations,and joint learning are the three most critical aspects of teaching.Attention must be paid to the design of teaching.The Constructivism Scaffolding teaching method is distinguished from traditional teaching methods by its teacher-assisted assistance and the students' autonomous construction of the knowledge system.The practice of this pedagogy provides primary learners with more room for exerting subjective initiative.It is a teaching method more consistent with the laws of knowledge construction.It also provides scientific teaching concepts and perspectives for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language,and corrected the status and role of teachers in the teaching process.Through the teaching practice verification,the Constructivism Scaffolding teaching method is an effective teaching method in primary Chinese spoken language teaching in Thailand,and its role should be better played.Through this research,we use the theory of constructivism and its pedagogical teaching method better in teaching practice,and to form a set of teaching that is more conducive to spoken communicative competence and practicality ideas.So as to better guide the teaching of TCSOL teachers and help the learners at the elementary level improve their spoken application ability.
