In recent years,a series of vocabulary and topics such as "cultural and creative industries" and "Wen Chuang yuan" have been very hot.With the comprehensive development of the country and the improvement of the cultural quality of the whole people,the construction of "one belt and one road" has attached great importance to the export,development and popularization of the cultural industry.Internet,art,film and television,design and other industries.Through the analysis and consideration of the current situation of the development of cultural and creative industries in China and the impact on cities,this paper takes the current situation of cultural and creative industries in Liaoning Province as the research subject.In the nearly one year before combing the theoretical papers,it inspects the major well-known cultural and creative parks in the whole country on the spot,analyses and summarizes the cultural and creative industrial parks in our province,and finally carries out the research and design of the subject.In the 40 years since the national reform and opening up,combined with the development trend of the cultural industry along the way,combining the new ideas and new concepts with science and technology,combining the theoretical research with the practical application,taking the Shenyang 1905 cultural and Creative Industry Park as example,the overall image promotion design has been carried out.Shenyang is not only an ancient capital with profound cultural connotations,but also a cornerstone of China’s industrial development.It is also a fashionable,intelligent and dynamic metropolis.The overall promotion and design of Shenyang1905 Wenchuang Park should not only highlight the unique Northeast culture and regional characteristics,but also create the concepts of intelligence,leisure,fashion and innovation.In order to form new cultural symbols,through field research,analysis,data comparison and summary of 1905 under the current cultural background,the author designs an integrated promotion scheme for 1905 brand culture,image design,activities and propaganda,so as to promote the development of Liaoning cultural industry and tourism industry and create a new business card of Liaoning cultural industry.
