Since its birth,China's modern national enterprises have been oppressed by the three mountains of foreign capitalism,feudalism and bureaucrat-capitalism,with weak strength and slow development.The Yu Da Hua textile group,which is composed of Yu Hua,Da Xing,Da Hua and other textile joint-stock companies,is one of the five largest enterprise groups of modern national cotton textile.Its development scale and speed are far behind those of national enterprises such as Shenxin Unlimited Textile Company But its management ability and the benefit actually far surpass other national cotton textile enterprise,which reason is worth us to ponder.Based on the famous national private Cotton Textile Enterprise Group of modern times,the article focuses on four aspects: spatial layout,Institutional Arrangement,capital operation and production and management This paper probes into the management strategies of the rear national private enterprises in the period of Anti-japanese war to survive and support the war.In view of the special circumstances during the war,Yu Dahua successively set up factories in Chongqing,Chengdu,Guangyuan and other places,forming the spatial layout strategy of "setting up factories separately and taking into account geographical advantages",and adjusting the corporate governance structure and Management System It has formed the strategy of "centralized,unified and flexible decision-making",and the strategy of capital operation of "seeking health and maintaining strength while maintaining stability" by means of hoarding and purchasing Means of production,setting up banks and supporting the development of Main Industries In the fire and support of the anti-japanese war in the implementation of the "needle,and strive for production" production and management strategy.In the end,Yu Dahua walked the arduous road of war with a steady manner.A series of management strategies adopted by the Yu da Hua enterprises in the wartime rear area reflected the extraordinary wisdom of the Yu da Hua leaders in the harsh operating environment,and also reflected the hardship of the development of the national enterprises in the wartime rear area.In the face of the complex and changeable social environment,the leaders of the enterprises flexibly use the management strategy to lead the enterprises to forge ahead in the war and keep on developing.
