Study On The Innovative Development Of Shanxi Traditional Village Culture Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward for the first time the "strategy for rural revitalization",which "vigorously promotes the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture".Cultural revitalization is a very important part of the overall revitalization of rural areas,is the soul of the rural revitalization,rural culture for rural revitalization strategy to provide a strong and sustained spiritual impetus.The no.1 document of the CPC central committee in 2018 pointed out that to achieve socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,we must carry forward,develop and upgrade the agricultural civilization and take the road of thriving rural culture.As the carrier of Chinese excellent traditional culture,traditional village is an important field to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.In this context,this paper selects S village,a representative village in Qinhe river basin,as a sample to study the innovative development of traditional village culture.The first part is introduction.Which explains the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and the innovation of this paper.The second part expounds the importance of the innovative development of traditional village.The third part is based on river basin S village as an example,expounds the development of the traditional village culture,mainly has perfect save village text data,greatly improves the ecological environment of the village,property right replacement development core area,the village streets execution planning regulation,protection was public buildings,prosperity and development of intangible cultural heritage and so on six aspects.At the same time,analysis the facing problems in the development of the traditional village culture innovation,such as low utilization rate of the traditional dwellings live condition,culture and lack of product innovation,representative of ritual activities lack and the shortage of cultural tourism service ideas,then analyzes the problems behind there is a lack of construction funds,lack of innovation talents,villagers culture deep level reasons such as lack of self-confidence;System in the fourth part is aimed at problems existing in the innovative development of village culture and the reasons,and puts forward the feasible path of development,mainly by the full implementation of laws,regulations and policies,promote hemopoietic function,village development characteristics of cultural industry,build a talent team,enhance the villagers cultural confidence,actively introduce social strength,completes the propaganda work.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,it pays attention to the construction of rural culture and studies the innovative development of traditional village culture in Shanxi Province with S village in Qinhe river basin as the representative.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the rural revitalization and realize the agricultural and rural modernization.
