Research On Rural Public Culture Construction Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization Strategy

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization as the general starting point of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.According to the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life",the goal and task of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization are defined.With the rapid rise of spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents,the construction of rural culture provides intellectual support and spiritual power for the revitalization of rural areas,which has become an important part of the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In 2018,No.1 central document,"the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization",stressed the "strengthening rural public cultural construction" and put forward new requirements for rural public cultural construction from the perspective of promoting rural revitalization.At present,there are still problems in the construction of rural public culture in China,which has not yet met the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy for the construction of rural public culture,hindered farmers' pursuit of better life needs,and affected the revitalization of rural areas.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the construction path of rural public culture in the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The direction and level of rural public culture construction affect the process of Rural Revitalization Strategy.We need to pay attention to the role of culture and promote rural revitalization with cultural construction.First of all,by combing the process of rural public culture construction since the founding of the people's Republic of China,this paper discusses the relationship between Rural Revitalization and rural public culture construction with materialistic dialectics;Secondly,Taking Fuzhou as a case study,this paper analyzes the achievements anddeficiencies in the construction process,and summarizes some experience and enlightenment;At last,the common features of Fuzhou and China's rural public culture construction are extracted,and the Countermeasures of China's rural public culture construction under the background of Rural Revitalization are proposed to promote the Rural Revitalization.In view of how to promote the construction of rural public culture in the context of rural revitalization,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the construction of rural public culture is part of the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,which plays an important role in guiding and promoting the revitalization of rural industry,ecology,organization,culture and talents.Second,the Rural Revitalization Strategy puts forward new requirements for the construction of rural public culture,which is the main direction of the construction of rural public culture in the new era.Third,the construction of rural public culture in China should be based on the promotion of rural revitalization,practice Marxist human-oriented thought,and adhere to brand innovation,resource activation,personnel training and party and government guidance.
