| At the end of 2019,with the continuous spread of novel coronavirus in the world,it had a significant impact on people’s lives and economy,and also caused many enterprises and industries around the world to suffer heavy losses.Due to the implementation of strict epidemic prevention and control measures in China,various industries have also paid a heavy price for this,which has also brought a huge impact to the industry of children’s sports and dance training institutions in Wuhu City.Various problems have been amplified and discovered,and many training institutions are facing the risk of bankruptcy due to the impact of the epidemic,making it difficult to carry out education and training activities,reducing income,and making it difficult for funds to flow back.After three years of hard resistance,China will gradually relax the epidemic prevention and control policy by the end of 2022,and social life and work will gradually return to the right track,but COVID-19 has not disappeared,and its mutant strains are still affecting people’s lives for a long time.In order to solve the impact and problems of children’s sports dance training institutions in Wuhu due to the epidemic at this stage,this paper investigated the development status of children’s sports dance training institutions in Wuhu during the COVID-19,analyzed the problems found,and put forward reasonable suggestions,which will help the sustainable development of children’s sports dance training institutions in Wuhu in the post epidemic era after the release of epidemic prevention and control policies.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,field visits and mathematical statistics to investigate the development status of children’s sports dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City in the post epidemic era,and draws the following conclusions:(1)In recent years,with the release of relevant regulations on off campus training,the children’s sports dance market in Wuhu has gradually become on track.However,due to the impact of the epidemic,there are still phenomena such as inadequate market supervision,some training institutions’ venue facilities not meeting standards,and no professional management personnel.(2)Due to the continuous outbreak of the epidemic,the country has implemented measures such as home quarantine and lockdown,which have had a significant impact on the stability of the teachers and students of children’s sports and dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City.It has also directly affected the teaching order of the training institutions,and the teaching plan is also difficult to implement normally.(3)Affected by the epidemic,the teaching team of children’s sports dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City has problems such as a high proportion of part-time jobs,poor stability,and a few teachers not obtaining relevant qualification certificates.(4)The main losses of children’s sports and dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City during the epidemic period were idle venues,decreased enrollment,and difficulty in recovering investment costs.(5)In response to the epidemic,the measures taken by children’s sports dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City mainly include recording teaching videos,offering online live streaming courses,developing online course software,and conducting outdoor sports courses.Suggestions are as follows:(1)Relevant regulatory agencies should strengthen market management,increase regulatory efforts,and supervise and rectify training institutions that do not comply with regulations;Training institutions should operate in strict accordance with relevant regulations,optimize the construction of venue facilities,and improve the allocation of management personnel.(2)Children’s sports and dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City should improve their corporate image,enhance the brand attractiveness of training institutions,and strengthen cooperation with local primary and secondary schools to expand the influence of sports and dance training.(3)Children’s sports dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City should improve the recruitment conditions for teachers,regularly provide training to the teacher team,and increase the salary and treatment of teachers,attract excellent professional teachers to join,increase the full-time proportion of the teacher team,and improve the stability of the teacher team.(4)Children’s sports dance training institutions in the urban area of Wuhu City should make full use of the free time of the venue,offer new teaching courses,and design teaching content based on the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development.(5)Wuhu urban children’s sports dance training institutions should establish a "Internet plus+" student growth system and strengthen the tripartite communication among institutions,teachers and parents(students). |
