| The unique value of sports dance in the national fitness movement is gradually recognized by the public.While perfectly integrating the beauty of dance,sports,and sports,it reflects multiple attributes such as social communication,fitness,art appreciation,and cultural entertainment.Moreover,the two major characteristics of sports dance,performance and competition,effectively cultivate students’ aesthetic ability and healthy mentality,which is conducive to the all-round development of their morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor.This is just in line with China’s 2021 "double reduction" policy that reiterates the essence of education,implements deeper education reforms,reduces students’ academic burdens,appropriately increases students’ physical exercise time,and improves students’ physical fitness.This thesis makes comprehensive use of the literature method,logical analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematical and statistical method and fieldwork method.It selects the city of Changzhi in Shanxi Province as the research site,mainly from four aspects: teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to analyse and study the teaching situation of sports dance training institutions at this stage in the region,explore the problems existing in the teaching practice of sports dance training institutions,and It will also propose meaningful countermeasures and suggestions to enrich the theoretical achievements of the sports dance training industry and provide theoretical guidance for the teaching practice of the sports dance training industry.Based on more than 60 sports dance training institutions in the Changzhi City area of Shanxi Province,this thesis mainly selects six representative sports dance training institutions for in-depth analysis and research,and finds that the main problems in the teaching of sports dance training institutions in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province are: the teachers of the institutions lack teaching experience,part-time teachers account for a large proportion,the ratio of male to female teachers is imbalanced,and the teaching force is relatively weak;the teaching content The lack of completeness,standardisation and systematization of the teaching content;lack of in-depth investigation and research on the market and curriculum,and unbalanced curriculum;dominance of traditional teaching methods and lack of innovative ability to restrict the richness of teaching methods;solidified ideology on the curriculum leading to an imbalance in the ratio of male to female students;lack of strong interest in physical dance and motivation to persist in the long term.The programme will also be able to increase the diversity of its teaching methods;to provide quality services through an online information-based network platform and offline experiential teaching activities;to adjust the ratio of students and improve the enrolment system;to enhance the fun and interactive nature of teaching;to organise regular events of appropriate scale to motivate students to learn and to strengthen their understanding of the grading examinations;and to improve the overall positive feedback and comprehensive effect of teaching. |
