Objectives College students' mental health education has become the focus of education in China,carry out mental health survey and evaluation rapidly and accurately for college freshman,and understand the psychological state of college freshmen in time.for the targeted intervention measures to improve college students' mental health level to provide the reference,and later for the school psychological health education and psychological consultation provide effective help,as well as the balance of the psychological scale and provide some basis for revision of the project Settings.Methods This study use the Symptom Checklist 90 correctly,and a total of 3,525 freshmen from a medical university were selected as the study subjects.using the general statistical method and the method of knowledge network,namely the statistical software SPSS and social network analysis software Ucient analysis test data,combining statistical study and visualization,explore the main problems of college students' mental health.Results(1)The detection rate of mental health problems is 5.50%,and the overall mental health condition is good.(2)The difference analysis of the score of the demographic variable scale shows that there is no significant difference between the gender and the total professional score.Among the factors,There was no significant difference in the two factors of hostility and paranoia between boys and girls(P>0.05).Among the seven factors of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,fear and psychosis,There was a significant difference between boys and girls(P<0.05).There are significant differences in interpersonal relationships between liberal arts and science students,hostility and psychosis(P<0.05),and no significant differences in other factor scores(P>0.05).(3)The correlation coefficients of all factors in SCL-90 are all greater than 0,indicating that there is a positive correlation among all factors.The correlations between depression and anxiety(0.837),depression and interpersonal relationship(0.821),and depression and psychosis(0.808)were significant..Among all the factors,the correlation coefficient between depression and anxiety was the largest,which was 0.818 and 0.805,respectively.(4)The 9 positive factors were divided into 4 subgroups.Subgroup 1 includes somatization,depression and anxiety.Subgroup 2 includes hostility,psychosis and paranoia.Subgroup 3 includes interpersonal relationships and coercion.Subgroup 4contains only one positive factor fear.(5)The results of knowledge network research showed that :the centrality of severe somatization symptoms,mild anxiety symptoms and mild obsessive-compulsive symptoms was low,all mild symptoms were closely correlated,and all severe symptoms were closely correlated.The knowledge network method can be combined with the traditional statistical method to better evaluate the psychological state of the population and obtain a more complete evaluation result.The results of the study also provide some references for the revision of the psychological scale in terms of balance and item setting Conclusions:The combination of knowledge network method and traditional statistical method can better evaluate the mental health status of college students and obtain more complete evaluation results.This study will provide reference value in improving the scale,obtaining objective and correct statistical data,and improving the mental health level of college students.
