Adjective reduplication is an important part of Chinese grammar in the study of Chinese ontology,and it is also one of the most important and difficult points in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In the process of assistant teaching and contact with Pakistani students,the author found that there are some errors when Pakistani students learn this grammar point.This paper mainly focuses on 97 Pakistani Chinese learners,taking the five overlapping forms of adjectives(AA,ABB,AABB,ABAB and A Li AB)as the main research forms.Mainly guided by comparative analysis theory,error analysis theory and interlanguage theory,the paper makes a more detailed analysis of its errors in using Chinese adjective reduplication.And through the specific analysis of the errors,the causes of the errors are further studied.According to the specific causes of the errors,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to make contributions to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper consists of the following seven parts,as follows :The first chapter is an introduction,mainly from the purpose and significance of the topic,the scope and method of the research object and the research status of adjective reduplication.The second chapter studies the noumenon of adjective reduplication,mainly through the definition of adjective reduplication,the meaning of adjective reduplication,syntactic function and usage conditions.The third chapter is mainly about the relevant explanation of the questionnaire,mainly through the purpose and form of the questionnaire,the relevant explanation of the survey object and the relevant explanation of the questionnaire design.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this article,mainly discussing the specific types of errors.This chapter mainly discusses and analyzes the misuse of overlapping forms,misuse of usage conditions,misuse of syntactic functions and semantic errors.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the specific causes of errors,mainly from three aspects: negative transfer of mother tongue,overgeneralization of target language and improper use of learners' learning strategies and communication strategies.The sixth chapter mainly puts forward relevant suggestions based on the above analysis.And it is good for learners and professors.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,mainly summarizing the conclusion of this article,summarizing the innovation and improvement of this article.To sum up,this paper analyzes the questionnaire of 97 Pakistani students to find out the types and causes of the errors,which is of great significance to the teaching of Chinese adjective reduplication.
