Freedom is the essence of German classical philosophy and one of the core concepts of Marxist philosophy.German classical philosophy is the direct theoretical source of Marxist philosophy. In the past, when academics expounded the relationship between Marxist philosophy and German classical philosophy, they often emphasized the inheritance and transformation of Hegel's idealistic dialectics by Marxist philosophy and Feuerbach's materialism.Draw on development, but rarely involves the relationship between Marx and the German classical philosophy of freedom. To this end, this article explores the relationship between Marx and the German classical philosophy of freedom from Marx's inheritance, criticism and transcendence of the German classical philosophy of freedom. The first part: Introduction. To clarify the basic background of the topic and the significance of the topic, the research content and the research plan, and to sort out the existing achievements of the academic circles at home and abroad on the relationship between Marx's concept of freedom and German classical philosophy, and put forward the key points, difficulties and innovations of this paper. The second part: the concept of freedom in German classical philosophy.Clarify the basic connotation and theoretical defects of Kant's practice of rational freedom,Hegel's absolute concept of freedom,Feuerbach's view of religious freedom and the young Hegelian concept of freedom. The third part: Marx's inheritance and criticism of the German classical philosophy of freedom.Marx's understanding of the German classical philosophy of freedom is based on the rational core of the German classical philosophy of freedom, criticizing the abstract ideology and idealistic view of the German classical philosophy of freedom. The fourth part: Marx's view of freedom over the German classical philosophy of freedom.Marx's view of freedom belongs to the category of materialism.Unlike the German classical philosophy, the ideal view of freedom is based on the concept. The starting point of the materialistic concept of freedom is the real individual engaged in practical activities. The reason why Marx's materialist concept of freedom can transcend the ideal view of German classical philosophy and the realization of the historical transformation of freedom lies in the fact that Marx's materialist concept of freedom is based on historical materialism and the "real individual" engaged in practical activities.Investigate the object and explore the issue of freedom from the real social life. Therefore, the Marxist materialist concept of freedom transcends the German classical philosophy of freedom and has the characteristics of social reality, historical specificity and practical comprehensiveness. The conclusion part: the inheritance and development of Marx's view of freedom. It clarifies the inheritance and development of Marx's concept of freedom by Frankfurt School,Lenin and Mao Zedong. It points out that Marx's concept of freedom has important guiding significance for the deepening of socialist core values theory and the advancement of practice.
