Research On New Rural Culture Construction Of Longkou City

At the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,the strategy of rural revitalization was clearly put forward and it should be concentrated efforts.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the construction of rural culture.This is not only an effective way to properly solve the the problems of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers',but also an important foundation for achieving a comprehensive well-off and the dream of national rejuvenation.However,there are still some problems in the construction of new rural culture,such as unbalanced facilities development,insufficient cadres ability,unbalanced supply and demand of cultural products.In this dissertation,Longkou is focused on and conducted a comprehensive analysis of its achievements and problems in the construction of new rural culture through literature analysis and questionnaires.Based on the existing literature and Longkou's actual situation,more scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on promoting the construction of new rural culture.By means of questionnaire survey and field visit,two representative towns(blocks)of Longkou are investigated in the dissertation,data analysis is carried out to point out the existing problems and the causes of its in the construction of new rural culture of Longkou.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of new rural culture of Longkou,six suggestions are put forward in the dissertation,such as rationally allocating the financial resources of new rural culture,increasing the cultivation of new cultural talents,dynamically adjusting the demand for cultural products,accelerating the construction of rural cultural market system,promoting the development of rural cultural products,and constructing a civilized and green cultural environmen.
