A Practical Study On Kodály Method In Chorus Training

At the beginning of the 20 th century,a new era in the development of Hungarian music was launched by such patriotic and ambitious musicians like Zoltán Kodály and Béla Bartók.They were not only committed to the reform of professional music education,but also to the popularization of social music education.It has been more than 30 years since Kodály Method was introduced into China in the 1980 s.After more than 30 years of practice and exploration,Kodály Method has exerted a certain influence on China’s music education circle.This paper focuses on the practical application of Kodály Method in chorus training,deeply analyzes its enlightenment to chorus training,and summarizes my own learning of Kodály Method and experience in class or chorus training practice.
