Saint Saens is a French composer in the late Romantic period. He has made great contributions to the development of French local instrumental music and is a musician connecting the past and the future in French music history.San Francisco has created three sets of etudes: six études op.52 in 1877,six études Op.111 in 1899,and six études, left hand op.135 in 1912.In 2008,The People's Music Publishing House named these three sets of etudes as ?18Concert Etudes of Saint sang? and published them in China. From the name of people's music publishing house,we can see that this series of etudes not only contains the technical characteristics of “Etude”,but also contains the rich musicality required by “concert” works. This paper selects six (?)tudesof work 52 as the research object, mainly from two aspects: on the one hand, from the perspective of creation, the whole set of works has clear structure and neat sentence section, showing us the rigorous and rational spirit of classicism. At the same time, the melody, texture and harmony are full of typical romantic style colors--the use of singing melody, dazzling technicality, accessory chord, variable chord and other rich harmonic colors;on the other hand, from the perspective of piano performance technology, the double tone, rhythm training, finger independent training,as well as the mastery of long and difficult music style and other piano performance technologies are almost complete Inclusive.Looking at the whole set of works,it not only fully shows the music creation characteristics of Saint Sao,which is inclined to classicism and pursues the pure natural beauty of music, but also embodies the delicate, elegant, light and dexterous music style of French music.Compared with the etudes of other composers in the romantic period,Saint Saens' s concert Etude op.52 has Its unique charm and learning value.
