Fairness is a topic that researchers have always been concerned about. In the past,it has been found that people tend to have inequity aversion when they carry out fair decision-making tasks. This kind of inequity aversion is the aversion to inequity results, which reflects people's pursuit of fairness. But in decision-making,people may take actions to maintain fairness because of avoiding the responsibility of decision-making results. This study studies the influence of anonymity and social rank on College Students' inequity responsibility aversion through the adapted fair decision task.To explore the psychological mechanism of the third party inequity responsibility aversion under different social levels. There are three experiments in this study: experiment one takes the adapted fair decision task to investigate whether college students,as the third-party decision-makers,have inequity responsibility aversion from the behavioral level. The results show that the proportion of people in the decision-making group who choose to give up to maintain fairness is significantly higher than that in the machine random decision-making group, and gender does not affect the third party inequity responsibility aversion. In the second experiment, based on the fair decision task, the influence of anonymity on inequity responsibility aversion and the measurement of responsibility risk perception were discussed. The results show that: the proportion of the participants who choose to give up to maintain fairness is less, and the risk perception of responsibility is also lower under anonymity,so as to distinguish the decision aversion phenomenon of blindly avoiding decision-making from the inequity responsibility aversion phenomenon. In the third experiment, the independent variable social rank was added on the basis of the first experiment to explore the influence of social rank on the inequity responsibility aversion of the third party. The results showed that the proportion of perceived responsibility risk and choice to give up was significantly lower when the subjects were in the superior position. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The third party inequity responsibility aversion exists in college students. It is the responsibility aversion that college students do not favor others when they make decisions as the third party.Anonymity can weaken the inequity responsibility aversion of the subjects and make them make more real inequity decisions,so the third party inequity responsibility aversion is not only aversion to inequity results and decision aversion.(2)Social level has an impact on College Students' inequity responsibility aversion of the third party. The higher the social level, the more inequity responsibility aversion they make, and the higher the social level, the higher the perceived responsibility risk.
