A Study Of Discourse Cohesion In Social News Wechat Subscription Number

The use of cohesive methods has always been one of the most important topics in discourse research.In the context of new media,there are relatively few studies on the cohesive methods of WeChat subscription numbers.Based on the previous analysis theory of cohesion methods,this article takes social news WeChat subscription numbers as the research object,and randomly selects 442 self-built corpora from tweets posted by WeChat subscription number "News Brother",The cohesion system of the dissertation is compared with the traditional Chinese narrative discourse.Based on this,the specific application characteristics and some reasons of the more prominent cohesion in the WeChat subscription number discourse are analyzed.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and meaning of the topic,the definition of the concept,the current research status of the predecessors in related aspects,and the source and methods of the corpus.The next second,third,and fourth chapters specifically analyze the types and usage characteristics of logical cohesion,lexical cohesion,and referential cohesion used in social news WeChat subscription numbers.It is found here that,as a whole,the use of referential cohesion in narrative discourse is the most frequent,and the use of logical cohesion occupies the first place in the corpus studied in this paper,followed by lexical cohesion,and finally cohesive cohesion(The proportion of structural connection is very small,this article does not make a specific analysis).In terms of logical cohesion,we find that space-time logical cohesion is used the most,followed by add,turn,and cause and effect,and theproportion of use of add and turn is compared with that of the general Chinese narrative discourse;in lexical cohesion,the use of From high to low frequency are repetition,collocation,classification relationship,similarity,and general referential;in the connection of referential,the order of frequency of use of instruction,person,word,instruction,and person is converted.About these connection methods,Specific characteristics will be specifically analyzed in the text.Finally,in the fifth chapter,the above analysis results are summarized.
