A Study Of Chinese Contemporary Oil Paintings Of Urban Theme

China's urban development has experienced a long and complex evolution.Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of urbanization process,the city not only brings people a comfortable and convenient living environment,but also provides artists with inspiration sources and creative materials.Urban oil painting has experienced nearly 40 years of development since the 1980 s,and has become an important part of the development of contemporary Chinese oil painting.This paper takes the contemporary urban oil paintings of China as the research object,analyzes the development status of the works in combination with the urbanization process,focuses on the main analysis of the representative works of more than 40 artists,summarizes the value and significance of urban oil paintings through the study of the works,and then displays its charm.This article is divided into five parts,the first chapter takes the development of Chinese cities as the background,discusses the emergence and concept of Chinese contemporary urban theme oil painting,summarizes the main content of urban theme oil painting,and reviews the development history of domestic and foreign urban painting.The second chapter mainly combined with the development and problems of urbanization,to explore the positive impact of urbanization on Contemporary Chinese oil painting,and to illustrate the specific performance of urbanization in oil painting creation.The third chapter mainly studies the current situation of the development of urban theme oil painting,classifies the collected works according to the time,the technique of expression and the angle of the theme,through the investigation,we know that the number of works shows the characteristics of "increasing year by year",and draws the conclusion that the technique of expression is mainly based on realism,supplemented by manifestation and less abstraction;and divides the works into "characters and landscapes" according to the content of the works And "still life" three kinds of themes,and separately to these three kinds of themes of different themes for more detailed induction and summary.The fourth chapter focuses on the case study of different artists' works.The fifth part discusses the value and significance of contemporary urban oil painting in China,summarizes the value of urban oil painting in three aspects of "society,history and culture",and city theme oil painting reflects the spiritual orientation,problems encountered and the expectation for future development.In a word,the development of urban oil painting is inseparable from the process of urbanization and the artists' attention to real life.From the collection of more than 480 works,it can be proved that the urban theme of oil painting is constantly exploring and developing.From the value reflected in the works,we can see that: to arouse people's attention and Reflection on social issues,to reflect people's affirmation of the changes of the times,and to promote the development of contemporary Chinese oil painting city theme creation.On the basis of previous studies,I have carried out a more comprehensive and systematic induction and summary,combing the historical context of urban theme oil painting,and through the survey data collection works,to explore the spiritual significance of the theme.
