Due to the particularity of the work,teachers are often in a stressful and stressful environment.Excessive pressure on work directly affects the primary school teachers,the health of the heart and the stability of the teachers' groups,thus affecting the quality of education and the development of students.It can be said that the level of stress and sleep will have a great impact on the human body and mind.Individuals with poor sleep levels are more likely to have physical and mental problems than those who have adequate sleep.So the teacher's sleep is worth investigating.Emotional regulation of self-efficacy in the choice of stress coping style,improve the individual's interpersonal relationships,improve the individual's subjective well-being and so have a positive effect.The main contents of the inquiry are the stress of the primary school teachers in the work pressure,emotional self-efficacy and the quality of sleep,as well as its demographic characteristics and the three related.This study focuses on the status quo of sleep quality in primary school teachers,their demographic differences,and the relationship between the three variables.The results are as follows:1.Primary school teachers work stress,emotional regulation of self-efficacy,sleep quality,the average score close to the median,available primary school teachers work pressure,emotional self-efficacy,sleep quality at a moderate level.2.Female primary school teachers sleep quality worse than male teachers;municipal primary school teachers sleep quality than the town level.3.There was a significant positive correlation between the stress of primary school teachersand the quality of sleep,and the work pressure was significantly predictive of sleep quality.Emotional self-efficacy was negatively correlated with sleep quality,and emotional self-efficacy was significantly negative.4.Primary school teachers work pressure through the emotional adjustment of self-efficacy affect the quality of sleep,emotional regulation of self-efficacy in the work pressure and sleep quality from the intermediary role.
