with the growing ranks of Chinese teacher volunteers,Chinese teacher volunteers are living in a different cultural environment.The individual differences of teaching objects,teaching environment,language problems,cross-cultural communication and other problems inevitably make Chinese volunteers have a sense of teaching anxiety.Excessive teaching anxiety will have a negative impact on the teaching work of Chinese volunteers.Therefore,find out the factors that affect the teaching anxiety,take effective measures to reduce the teaching anxiety,and put forward effective opinions and suggestions for the mental health and professional development of Chinese volunteer teachers.Then make Chinese teacher volunteers enjoy teaching and improve the overall teaching level and quality of Chinese teacher volunteers.In this paper,61 Chinese teachers volunteers with a teaching age less than one year were selected as the subjects.Through questionnaires,semi-structured interviews and other quantitative and qualitative research methods,the subjects were investigated.The questionnaire consisted of three parts: personal basic information,teaching anxiety scale and state anxiety scale.Data were collected from 61 questionnaires collected by spss24.This paper explores and analyzes the level,current situation and source of teaching anxiety of this group of Chinese teacher volunteers.Combined with the semi-structured interview materials of four Chinese teacher volunteers,it further analyzes the factors affecting the level of teaching anxiety.The specific analysis results are as follows:The general situation of teaching anxiety of Chinese teachers' volunteers: first,the overall level of teaching anxiety of 61 Chinese teachers' volunteers is on the high side,and the factors affecting the teaching anxiety of Chinese volunteers are mainly divided into six dimensions: pre class preparation,classroom performance and management,teaching evaluation,teaching effect,school management and cross-cultural communication;second,the teaching anxiety of Chinese volunteers is mainly manifested in : the management of classroom teaching environment,too much preparation before class,too tolerant attitudetowards students,unable to use local language to communicate effectively with school principals and students;thirdly,too high or too low level of teaching anxiety will have a negative impact on the teaching quality,colleague relationship,teacher-student relationship,physical and mental health of Chinese teacher volunteers.Based on the analysis of the above research on the teaching anxiety of Chinese teachers' volunteers,the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to reduce the teaching anxiety on the main influencing factors of Chinese volunteers on the above pre class preparation,classroom performance and management,school management and cross-cultural communication,so as to promote the physical and mental health development of Chinese teachers' volunteers and enjoy the achievements and happiness brought by Chinese teaching.
