Research On Cross-cultural Adaptation Of Chinese Teacher Volunteers

In recent years,there has been a "Chinese fever" around the world.More and more people from all over the world are joining the team of learning Chinese,and the demand for Chinese teacher volunteers is also growing.At the same time,the problem of volunteers living and working abroad is becoming more and more prominent.At present,the academic research is more about the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers to a certain country,but less about the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers to a certain university.This paper,taking jiangxi normal university in 2014-2019 Chinese volunteer teachers to go abroad as the research object,from the psychological adaptation,sociocultural adaptation and work adapt to the dimensions of 65 volunteers to investigate,through data statistical analysis,single factor variance and correlation factors,found that age,English level,satisfaction degree,volunteers training content,training satisfaction,teaching objects are the main factors influencing the volunteers cross-cultural adaptation,and volunteers to the psychological,social and cultural adaptation and there is a strong positive correlation between psychological adaptation,sociocultural adaptation and work adaptation of volunteers,that is,they will affect each other's cross-cultural adaptation status..By means of investigation and interview,this paper explores the universality and particularity of the cross-cultural adaptation of volunteers from different countries,so as to reveal the basic law of their cultural adaptation.Aiming at the problem of crosscultural adaptation,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions from three aspects: hanban,universities and individuals.
