| Frida Kahlo(1907-1954)was a famous Mexican female painter in the 20 th century.Her lifetime of art and experience was accompanied by love,childbirth,illness and annoyance,which led to her psychological self-reconstruction for many times.The "allegorical nature" of painting is to express the author’s personal consciousness through the re-organization and creation of the painting image,to present the inner meaning and outer form at the same time,and to expand the painting form and content on both sides.Freda USES this kind of "allegorical" language extensively in her works with a kind of spiritual emotion as the starting point.Based on the basic theories of image science,art psychology and semiotics,this paper sorts out the artistic context of self-reconstruction and self-reflection in frida’s life and analyzes frida’s works at multiple levels.The artistic characteristics of frida are different from realism,which is not the surrealism formed by the artist’s subjective intention,but there are realistic sincere and plain techniques and surrealistic picture effects in his works.Therefore,how to define the unique painting language of frida?What is the connection between frida’s repeated self-reconstruction and her "split" image,"mirror image" of herself,and her androgynism? How to make it drift between realism and surrealism? The author was attracted by the complex relationship among them and carried out a research on "the allegorical research of frida kahlo’s painting" to elaborate and demonstrate his artistic style.Through these discussions,the aim is to interpret frida’s paintings more deeply.What is more important is that artists should also examine themselves and externalize them in their paintings.The author hopes that through this research,relevant knowledge can be combined with the creation of their own artistic works to explore and improve the direction of their creation. |
